Who I help:
This coaching is for participants who want to improve their mental and physical health, and quality of life with holistic, practical support.
What I bring:
I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. Over the years I’ve rebuilt my life after challenges including a serious head and neck injury, divorce, single parenting, and even a period of homelessness during the housing crisis.
Through these experiences I discovered the power of holistic health — combining body, mind, and lifestyle practices — to restore balance, resilience, and purpose.
Today, I’m a qualified Holistic Lifestyle Practitioner, NeuroMuscular Therapist, Bowen Therapist, and NDIS Psycho-Social Recovery/Support Worker.
This unique blend of knowledge and life experience allows me to meet people where they’re at, helping them reduce pain, improve sleep and energy, and create sustainable changes for a better quality of life.
